Final Fantasy 2 Pixel Remaster 100% Walkthrough - Jade Passage
As soon as you regain control over your team again after returning from Castle Palamecia, talk to Hilda to Learn the “Jade Passage” password.

Our next main objective will be to head for the Jade Passage, but before that let’s take a small detour to get one of the best weapons in the game, the Excalibur!
Getting The Excalibur!
Now that Ricard is dead, we can return back to Castle Deist to speak with the mother of the kid that is on 2F, and if we Ask her about Dragoons she will give us the Excalibur Sword.
"Sword of Myth" Trophy for obtaining the Excalibur.
Now it is time to head for the Jade Passage Dungeon!
Jade Passage
To reach the Jade Passage just go to the long stretch of land that is in the very center of the World Map, it looks like a pond of water.
B1
The first floor has 2 chests for us to open, the one on the right contains a Diamond Mace, and the chest at the bottom left has a Hellfire.
After we have opened both treasure chests, go through the door at the bottom right of the floor, this will take us to B2 (every other door just leads to empty rooms).
B2
There are 3 chests in B2, the one at the top left has another Hellfire, the one on the right has an Antartic Wind and the one at the bottom has Cat Claws (but be careful as there will be a powerful ambush when you open the chest at the bottom).
Once you have opened all 3 chests, go through the door at the top right to reach B3.
B3
B3 only has 1 chest, and it contains the Rune Axe, but be careful as when you open the chest there will be a quite powerful ambush against a King Behemoth so come prepared.
Once you have dealt with the ambush, continue to the bottom area to find a shop hidden behind the waterfall, he sells some interesting spells.
When your ready, go through the final door on the right to reach B4.
B4
B4 has 5 chests for us to open, 2 of them are going to be visible in the main area and the other 3 are in the side room we can reach by going through the door at the top left.
The chest in the main room on the left has a Betrayal Fang, and the one at the top right contains the Yoichi Bow, but be careful as it will also initiate another powerful ambush!
The remaining 3 chests inside the side room contain: Aegis Shield, Holy Lance and Dragon Armor.
Once you have opened all 5 chests you can advance to B5 through the door at the bottom right.
B5
The final 3 chests of this dungeon are going to be here in B5.
All 3 of them are on the main path and are very hard to miss, the first one on the left contains a Hi-Potion, the one in the middle has a Protect Ring and the one on the right has an Elixir.
You should now have all 14 chests for the Jade Passage.
When you’re ready go through the door at the bottom right to reach the final room of this dungeon.
In this last room you will see another Teleport Tile, this will take you to the final dungeon called the Pandaemonium, but before stepping on it I highly recommend taking a look at our “Checklist For Before The Final Dungeon” whuch I will include right at the start of the next chapter in this walkthrough!
