Weapon Tactics
Leveled up one weapon type to skill level 16.
Raise any one weapon type (Swords, Spears, Knives, Axes, Bows, Staves, or Unarmed) to skill level 16 on a single character. The main factors that make a weapon's level raise are how many times you attacked with it during a single battle and the enemy's rank. The easiest way to do this fast is go to any high level area and have 3 characters defend while only 1 attacks so that he can get more attacks in per fight.
If you are having trouble you can go to "Configuration > Boost > Weapon Skill Level Boost x4" to speed things up.
Magic Tactics
Leveled up one magic spell to skill level 16.
Raise any single magic spell to skill level 16. By far the easiest spell to level up fast is Cure, just use it every chance you get while out of battle to heal your allies and it will be level 16 fairly fast.
If you are having trouble you can go to "Configuration > Boost > Magic Skill Level Boost x4" to speed things up.
