Where To Find Pawney (Basic Form)
To be able to evolve Helmut into Pawney you first need to complete the Side Quest in Russet Highlands called "Warrior", this Side Quest is also required for part of the Main Story near the end as it where you will fight Omega Infergon for the first time.
During this Quest you will release the Sword of Bravery with Helmut which will automatically evolve it into a Pawney. You will also now be able to freely evolve any Helmut you want into Pawney.

Where To Find Pawney (Snowfield Form)
Pawney (Snowfield Form) can't be found in the open world, it can only be obtained by evolving a Snowfield Form Helmut that is at least level 45 or higher, while the weather is Snowy in your current location. You also need to have already pulled out the Sword of Bravery that we needed for the Basic Form from the Warrior Side Quest (check Basic Form tab for further details).

Where To Find Pawney (Mountain Woods Form)
Pawney (Mountain Woods Form) can't be found in the open world, it can only be obtained by evolving a Mountain Woods Form Helmut that is at least level 45 or higher. You also need to have already pulled out the Sword of Bravery that we needed for the Basic Form from the Warrior Side Quest (check Basic Form tab for further details).

Prismatic Energy awakens the lingering will of the dragon once defeated by this sword, causing its claws and sharp horns to sprout from Pawney's armor and weapons.
Where To Find Pawney (Prismana Form)
Pawney (Prismana Form) can be obtained by raising the Prismatic Energy in the Russet Highlands region. To raise the Prismatic Energy you need to Nurture the Bloom Branch of this region, then catch as many of the Aniimo that appear as possibe. Each time you do this, the Primatic Energy of that region will raise slightly, keep repeating this until it fully charges and the Prismana Form Pawney will appear.
When the Prismatic Energy reaches full, the Prismana Form Pawney will spawn nearby.
