Wields the power of ice to attack targets at close range.
Fires a sugar cone to create a slowing zone of Sweet Blob, reducing Movement Speed by 50% for targets within range and blocking jumping for 2s. When the effect ends, pulls targets to the center and deals AoE damage.
Charges forward with gusto, applying 5 stacks of [Ice Debuff] to the target. Then tosses 2 [Sweet Blob] around. Picking it up restores 5.6 Energy.

When an Aniimo in the party applies [Ice Debuff], scatters 1 [Sweet Blob] around it. Picking it up restores 5.6 Energy. Can only trigger once every 8s.
