The wing membranes sprouting from its forelimbs are airy yet tough. Two well-developed pairs of water storage organs on its wings can jet powerful streams, pushing its body like an arrow to cleave through the water pressure, surge upstream, and vault all the way to the top of the falls.
Where To Find Jeburst (Basic Form)
Jeburst can be found in the zones below. (It may only appear after advancing the Main Story Quest to the point where you fight the Omega Jeburst at the top of the waterfalls). • Cloudreach Falls, Lv. 62–64

Skills
Wields the power of water to attack targets at close range.
Spins to slash surrounding targets and reduce their Water resistance by 15% for 20s.
Channels water element and slams it into the ground, boosting BREAK Efficiency by 25% for 20s.
Launches skyward, then slams into the target with full force to deal one instance of damage. This skill can be activated mid-air.
Enters the [Jet Flight] state for 10s. During this time, basic attacks are enhanced, each dealing damage equal to 40 Might. Exits [Jet Flight] when time runs out or after being hit 15 times.
Spins to slash nearby targets. Also reduces the target’s Energy by 5.

Traits
Using a skill or Ultimate grants 1 stack of [Turbo Boost], increasing the next basic attack’s damage and Break by 120%, stacking up to 2 times. On entering battle, gains a free Ultimate that refreshes every 120s.
