Where To Find Fulmintis (Basic Form)

Fulmintis (Basic Form) can only be obtained through the Season 1 Champion Handbook, in the Free version of the Handbook you will get a Fulmintis Egg at level 10. In the paid version of the Handbook you will get the Soul of Electric Shock Evolution Material (aka Fulminous Soul) which unlocks the ability to evolve your Wisptis into Fulmintis.

It has been mentioned that you will most likely be able to get the Soul of Electric Shock (Fulminous Soul) for free after Season 1 has ended.

Fulmintis (Prismana Form) can only be obtained by reaching level 20 in the paid version of the Advanced Champion Handbook (Season Pass). When you reach level 20 in the Advanced Handbook you will get a Prismana Fulmintis Egg.
